Duration: Full-time Contract (12-18 months)
The Role
Our client is modernizing its identity governance capabilities by transitioning from a legacy IAM platform to Microsoft Entra Identity Governance. We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst.
What You Will Do
Requirements & Discovery
Lead requirements gathering across HR, IT, Security, application owners, and operations teams
Analyze legacy IAM/EIS and DL-based processes to understand true business behavior, not just documented intent
Identify gaps, exceptions, and manual workarounds that must be addressed in the future state
Mapping & Design
Translate legacy identity and access use cases into Microsoft Entra constructs (groups, access packages, reviews, workflows)
Create clear use case matrices, process flows, and decision logs
Support future-state design while balancing risk, compliance, and operational reality
Execution & Coordination
Coordinate onboarding patterns with HR, ServiceNow, application owners, and directory teams
Run access certification cycles end-to-end as a managed service
Track exceptions, escalations, and completion metrics
Partner with technical teams while maintaining business accountability
Process & Documentation
Create and maintain SOPs for identity lifecycle events, certifications, and exception handling
Ensure documentation is actionable, current, and auditable
Define KPIs and operational metrics for identity governance processes
Governance & Reporting
Support audit and compliance needs by ensuring evidence, approvals, and traceability
Monitor process health and identify opportunities for simplification and automation
Communicate clearly with both operational teams and leadership
What Weʼre Looking For
3+ years as a Business Analyst or equivalent role in enterprise systems
Experience in large enterprises, international brands or US mid-size companies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Experience coordinating across multiple teams with competing priorities
Experience creating SOPs and operating procedures for production processes
Strong Plus but not a requirement:
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Exposure to IAM, IGA, access reviews, or entitlement management
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra / Azure AD concept
