New Frontier Immigration Law is a mission-driven law firm focused on transforming the lives of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. They are seeking a Bilingual Intake Attorney to supervise the intake team, conduct consultations with prospective clients, and guide them through their legal options. This role is designed for new attorneys to build foundational skills in immigration law without the pressure of a personal caseload. Responsibilities • Conduct high-volume strategy consultations with prospective immigration clients • Assess eligibility across family-based and humanitarian pathways (e.g., VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, waivers, removal defense) • Design and clearly explain immigration roadmaps, including risks, timelines, and alternative options • Translate complex legal analysis into accessible, confidence-building guidance • Partner closely with intake and sales teams to convert consultations into retained clients • Address client objections related to cost, risk, timing, and eligibility • Support pricing alignment and scope clarity • Contribute directly to revenue growth, conversion rates, and retained value • Provide feedback to leadership on client trends, demand signals, and service gaps • Help refine service offerings and client positioning • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent legal and sales messaging • Ensure ethical compliance while supporting business growth objectives • Maintain accurate consultation notes and outcomes in Filevine or similar CRM/case tools • Draft and review client contracts, ensuring terms comply with ethical and legal standards • Ensure handoff clarity to case management and legal teams post-retention Skills • Spanish fluency • J.D. from an accredited law school • Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to practice immigration law) • Exceptional client-facing communication skills • Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment • High emotional intelligence and cultural competence • Ability to work Arizona business hours consistently • Licensed Attorney: Active law license in any U.S. state (immigration is federal) • Experience conducting consultations or intake strategy calls • Prior exposure to sales, intake, or revenue-support roles • Experience working with high-volume immigration practices • Filevine or similar CRM/case management experience Benefits • Comprehensive health insurance • 401(k) with employer matching • Growth and leadership development opportunities Company Overview • New Frontier Immigration Law is a law firm that specializes in family petitions, military parole, appeals, and naturalization services.
