Visual Designer (UI/UX + Graphics Designer)

Join us in shaping the future of personalized, preventative wellness. We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve both UI/UX and graphic design, allowing you to make a significant impact on our digital presence. You will work as an individual contributor, directly reporting to senior management. This is a Marketing role not a product role which involves both UI & Graphic designing This job role, located in Delhi NCR, is currently remote and will transition to a hybrid model after three months. Responsibilities • Lead Design Initiatives : Drive UI/UX design projects for our web and mobile applications • Focus on enhancing the user interface and experience of our website. • Graphic Design : Create visually compelling social media posts, carousels, emailer, Events, paid ad creatives, gifs, brochures etc. & marketing graphics to support brand engagement. • Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with the Marketing team, product managers, to gather user requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. • Prototyping and Mockups : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. • Maintain Consistency : Ensure a cohesive visual identity and user experience across all digital platforms. Requirements • 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both disciplines. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • A proactive, hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • High Ethics is expected Nice-to-haves • Experience in healthcare organization & internet space organizations will be preferred but not mandatory. • Background in marketing is highly desirable, with the ability to create impactful design solutions that resonate with target audiences.
