The business continues to grow as more agencies seek smarter and more efficient ways to manage information and meet modern reporting demands.</p><p><b>About the Job</b></p><p>The Law Enforcement Associate exists to develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, ensuring continued usage, satisfaction, and expansion of LexisNexis solutions. This role focuses on renewals, retention, and expanding existing accounts, while promoting the value of contributing data to the LexisNexis Contributory Database.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Managing a portfolio of law enforcement agency accounts to drive renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities</p></li><li><p>Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers to communicate the ongoing value of LexisNexis solutions and data contribution</p></li><li><p>Understanding the LexisNexis value proposition, competitive offerings, and articulating benefits in a way that supports agency objectives</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementations and post deployment support</p></li><li><p>Representing Coplogic at corporate sponsored tradeshows and local and regional law enforcement events to strengthen relationships and brand recognition</p></li><li><p>Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for agencies to leverage additional solutions or services</p></li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience in account management, with a focus on renewals, retention, and expanding existing client relationships. Experience selling solutions preferred</p></li><li><p>Background in selling to Law Enforcement agencies or direct Law Enforcement experience is a strong plus</p></li><li><p>Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive client success and business growth</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively</p></li><li><p>Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.</p></li><li><p>Must reside in the listed states</p></li></ul><p><b>Working for you:</b></p><p>We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
