Key Responsibilities
As a Data Processing Customer Service Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are shared and rotated among team members. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Order Processing: Manually review orders transmitted through our systems via Anzio or ETransportation site before sending them to our warehouse for fulfillment.
- Daily Reports: Produce several daily reports by the end of the day using ANZIO, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Label Creation: Create labels and job tickets on a daily basis per customer request, with an approximate volume of 1,000 labels a day.
- Returns and Pickups: Process all local returns and pickups, manually entering them into the system on a daily basis, with an average of 20 returns/pickups per day.
- Driver Manifests: Process driver manifests on a daily basis, counting, separating, and scanning approximately 1,800 orders into Laserfish.
- Revisions and Cancellations: Process multiple revisions and cancellations per customer request throughout the day, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in the system.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Work Experience: Previous work experience in an Order Department, Customer Service, or a similar role in Supply Chain is necessary.
- Order Management Software: Experience with order management software is required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management are essential for this role.
- Team Player: You must be able to work well with others as a team player, while also being able to work independently when required.
- Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary, with the ability to effectively interact with customers via email and phone.
- Language Proficiency: You must be able to speak and write English fluently.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Microsoft Excel: One year of experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, and perform data analysis.
Work Environment and Schedule
As a Data Processing Customer Service Clerk at arenaflex, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a schedule that includes:
- Work Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
- Shift: 10-hour shift, day shift, with occasional weekends as required.
- Location: You will work in person at our location in North Bergen, NJ 07047, and must be able to commute to this location.
- Relocation: If you are not currently located in North Bergen, NJ 07047, you must be willing to relocate before starting work.
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
