**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our automotive dealer clients' products and services, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and following up with customers as needed
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a gaming environment or similar fast-paced setting, with a strong understanding of multitasking and time management
* Familiarity with our clients' products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
**Requirements**
To be eligible for this role, you must:
* Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
* Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients
* Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
* Be available to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
