Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
  • Generating Retail Sales: Utilize your passion for innovative technology and exceptional customer service to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.

  • Developing Your Skills: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.
