Our mission is to bring families, communities, and businesses together with the products and services they need to thrive every day. **Job Summary** As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, accurately resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections, and building customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.
