Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You will be working independently in a remote setting, and your schedule will include evening shifts, Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm EST, with occasional weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
  • Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role. You must have access to a consistently stable internet connection and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You should be willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs. On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills are essential, as you will need to meet the needs of the customer and the business. A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brand, customers, and product is also required, along with a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role
  • Access to a consistently stable internet connection
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members
  • Creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
