Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service to our customers via email and live chat. You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Utilizing internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
- Identifying trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience and providing innovative solutions

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
- Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) where you can fulfill your shifts
- Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra Credit
While not required, the following experience and skills are highly desirable:
- Customer service experience, particularly in a remote or virtual environment
- Experience working from home or in a self-directed setting
