As a key member of our Global Support and Reliability Operations (GSIO) team, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving business processes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the demand planning process for assigned business lines, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability targets
• Foster collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs across various teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, AI, and Workforce Management
• Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process optimization, and automation, implementing data-driven process enhancements to enhance existing workflows
• Simplify and scale the current planning process efficiently to meet the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• More than 3 years of proven expertise in high-performance environments spanning tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
