**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative - Digital Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and resolution to routine problems related to our clients' products or services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, and that our clients' customers feel valued and supported.
**Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities**
* **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service**: Ensure that every interaction with our clients' customers meets our high standards of quality, courtesy, and professionalism.
* **Clarify Customer Requirements**: Use decision-support tools and resources to understand customer needs and concerns, and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner.
* **Build Rapport with Customers**: Demonstrate empathy and build trust with customers through active listening, clear communication, and a positive attitude.
* **Maintain Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services, and use this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
* **Prepare Accurate Work**: Document customer interactions, notate accounts as required, and maintain accurate records in our call tracking database.
* **Participate in Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
* **Upsell and Cross-Sell**: Offer additional products and services to customers, and provide recommendations that meet their needs and preferences.
* **Track and Document Customer Interactions**: Use our call tracking database to track and document customer interactions, and retrieve information as needed.
**Candidate Profile**
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
* **Customer Service Orientation**: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences that exceed customer expectations.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficient in computer navigation, with a strong understanding of PC software and systems.
* **Communication Skills**: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
* **Multi-Tasking**: Skilled in multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing situations quickly.
