**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Call Center team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, following scripted questions, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate data entry, identify work sites on mapping systems, and maintain a high level of quality and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls and follow scripted questions from callers who will be digging
* Obtain information about customers and their work sites, data entering into a ticket format
* Identify work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps
* Provide excellent customer service at all times, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
* Communicate effectively with excavators, peers, and management
* Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
* Accurately read digital maps
* Demonstrate an interest in public safety and understand the importance of our work
* Work effectively and independently in a home or office environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
* General computer skills
* Ability to adhere to a work schedule, including having good attendance
* Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated
* Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center
* Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
* Must pass a criminal background check
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Basic knowledge of mapping systems and data entry software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
