**What You Will Do at arenaflex**
As a Client Success Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional value to our customers throughout their entire journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Engagement**: Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to provide technical insights, demo solutions, and assess fit for the customer's needs.
* **Implementation**: Drive the technical aspects of the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and integration of solutions.
* **Technical Support**: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for customers, helping resolve complex issues related to HL7 v2, FHIR (STU3 and R4), and other Healthcare-related data exchange protocols.
* **Customer Training**: Conduct technical training sessions for customers, enabling them to effectively use our products and optimize their workflows.
* **Project Coordination**: Collaborate closely with project managers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* **Product Feedback**: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the development teams to help shape future product enhancements.
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience:
* **5+ years of experience** working in healthcare IT, customer success, or a related role.
* **Experience working with RESTful and/or SOAP APIs** to integrate and automate workflows.
* **Knowledge of Internet Security protocols and implementations**, including TLS, mutual TLS, OAuth, IPSEC, and SFTP.
* **Experience with Project Management**.
* **Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards**, including HL7 v2, FHIR, IHE, and CDA.
* **Experience with Mirth (or other integration engines)** is a plus.
* **Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders**.
* **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** to build trust and rapport with customers.
* **Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities** in a fast-paced environment.
* **Problem-solving mindset** with a focus on delivering customer value.
