As a Customer Care Associate – Group Orders at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. **What You'll Do**
As a Customer Care Associate – Group Orders, you'll be responsible for:
* Working directly with our restaurant partners to resolve real-time order-related issues
* Responding to customer emails and phone calls in a fast-paced, time-critical manner
* Ensuring that Group Order operations, procedures, and systems are adhered to
* Constructively handling or supervising order escalations and customer complaints
* Working with management and leadership to develop and improve methods and strategies to support rapid team and platform growth
* Being a resource to both our prestigious clients and valued restaurant partners regarding all aspects of daily Group Order operations

* Empathy – you're able to identify with customer dilemmas and assist in a competent and compassionate manner

* Assertive – you'll be entrusted to uphold arenaflex standards of service, and must feel comfortable standing tall when communicating to both customers and restaurant partners
* Meticulous written and verbal communication skills – you're able to assess and respond succinctly, relevantly, and professionally to customer emails
* Coachable – you appreciate the value of feedback and seek opportunities to learn, grow, and push yourself to the edge of your comfort zone in pursuit of your own development
* Dynamic – you must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to think dynamically to solve problems on the fly. You can take core concepts and apply them to any situation
**What We Offer**
At arenaflex, we're committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards. The base compensation range for this role is $45k - $54k per year, however actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and location.
