You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include: * Critically analyzing and responding to queries from our customers and their employees * Proactively tracking requests and ensuring they are 100% resolved – owning your work from A to Z * Delivering exceptional customer service, building trust and strong relationships with clients and talents * Taking ownership of customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution * Assisting in improving our internal processes and knowledge system * Advocating for customer needs internally, driving continuous improvements in processes **What we are looking for** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with: * Fluency in English – written and spoken * 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a remote environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships * Effective collaboration skills, able to support other team members * Ability to monitor the progress of your requests and anticipate roadblocks * Resilience in times of pressure * Startup experience is a plus * A quiet environment for making calls and a reliable internet connection **Desirable (but not required)** * Remote working experience * Worked with international companies * HR knowledge is a plus **Our benefits and perks** We're a global team that values work-life balance, and we offer a range of benefits and perks to support your well-being and career growth.
