**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for owning and driving client journeys with our platform. Your primary focus will be on nurturing and maintaining the trust that clients place in arenaflex, ensuring a seamless experience for employing abroad. You'll act as a voice and advocate for our clients, gathering feedback, and collaborating with other arenaflex teams to optimize the service experience, remove obstacles, and maximize value for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Client Onboarding: Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship with arenaflex.
* Active Product Usage: Monitor your client portfolio's health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns.
* Client Retention Activist: Facilitate the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition while leaving the door open for future opportunities.
**What We're Looking For**
* Minimum 2 years in Customer Success or 3 years in Customer Experience
* Language: English - excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members
* Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records
* Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters!
* High Empathy: ability to understand and resonate with clients' feelings and perspectives
* Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs
**Desirable (but not required):**
* German language is a huge advantage
* System Knowledge: familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
* Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations
