Position Title: National Account Manager II - Data Centers Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in Wisconsin or near a major airport) Openings: 4 Full Time Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience with generators and large equipment, has worked within data centers, sales and business development experience within data centers, knows all of the data center contacts, and experience with electrical engineering firms. The National Account Manager II - Data Centers is responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies targeted at the technology and data center sector. This role drives revenue growth by managing large, strategic customer relationships, presenting solutions, negotiating programs, and coordinating internally across departments to deliver outstanding customer service and value. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement national-level sales strategies and account plans • Drive new revenue opportunities through business development in the data center sector • Manage complex accounts, including C-level and technical stakeholders • Deliver accurate forecasting and performance reporting • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations to support customer needs • Analyze financials and manage P&L targets • Navigate internal resources and distribution networks • Partner with electrical engineering firms and general contractors • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any product/service concerns • Develop promotions, packaging, and marketing initiatives in alignment with corporate strategy Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of direct sales or marketing experience within the data center industry • Willingness to travel up to 50% Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Business • Experience in: • Power generation / generators • Data center design, construction, or electrical infrastructure • Microgrids, distributed energy systems, or similar technologies • Established network within engineering firms serving the data center market Skills & Competencies: • Proven business development expertise in the data center space • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Financial acumen and ability to manage complex P&Ls • Independent and self-directed mindset • Excellent collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams • Deep knowledge of customer needs in the data center sector Screening Questions (to be confirmed before submission): Full Name Degree (Field, University, Year): Major/Discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering): Do you have experience selling directly into the Data Center industry?
