The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will design and advance AI-powered test automation architectures, implementing predictive analytics to enhance software quality and accelerate product delivery. Responsibilities • Design and sustain AI-powered test automation frameworks that produce test cases, automation scripts, and test data to enable thorough validation • Apply GenAI technologies to evaluate test results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement • Replicate user workflows, load conditions, and boundary scenarios to detect potential defects prior to user exposure • Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product delivery and reduce defect rates Skills • AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code first and subsequently employ AI tools to validate or refine your work, rather than beginning with AI, then this role is not suitable for you) • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in QA automation • Strong working knowledge of Selenium and proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript • Demonstrated professional experience applying AI tools to automate quality assurance processes • Working knowledge of CI/CD systems, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
