Remote Engagement Campaign Manager

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the creation and distribution of performance-driven branded content, working collaboratively with various teams to align on objectives. You will manage the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that meets client KPIs. This position requires a combination of project management skills and creative execution, offering a unique opportunity to impact brand visibility in the digital landscape. Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end execution of sold branded content campaigns across formats and channels, including social, articles, and video.
• Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy tailored to platform and audience.
• Manage production timelines and creative resources (designers, video producers, creators).
• Work closely with Client Success Managers to deliver on-brand messaging and address client feedback.
• Support the planning, launch, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Test and iterate on social content and ad formats to help evolve branded content offerings.
• Collaborate with the social team on new sellable franchises and series.
• Collaborate with the Research team to test select content through effectiveness studies.
Requirements
• Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms, ad formats, and ad manager tools.
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape, trends, and how brands activate on social.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to tailor copy by platform and audience.
• Strong attention to detail, project management, collaboration, and creative production skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of content production and campaign management experience.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience working at a media publisher or agency preferred; parenting category experience a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including Asana, is a plus.
