Patient Intake Coordinator/CSR
This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for aPatient Intake Coordinator / Customer Service Representative (CSR)to join their innovativeTelehealthcompany. They are a fast-growing industry leader specializing in accessible healthcare solutions, with a strong track record of improving patient experiences through technology.
Responsibilities
• Manageprimarily chat and email-basedpatient communications, with some inbound phone support.
• Conduct patientintake and onboarding, ensuring accurate data entry in theirEHR system.
• Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, compassionate support.
• Relay critical patient information todoctors and pharmaciesas needed.
• Assist inscheduling appointmentsand coordinating orders.
• Monitor pharmacy shipments, track delays, and communicate updates to patients.
Requirements
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)– strong communication skills are a must.
• Prior experience inhealthcare customer service, patient intake, or medical support roles.
• Ability tolearn quickly, adapt to new tools, and proactively solve problems.
• Comfortable working in afast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 1+ yearsin ahealthcare CSR, medical assistant, or patient coordinator role.
• Familiarity withEHR systems(preferably Charm EHR) is a plus.
• Experience withTidio Chat, Zendesk, Trello, or Slackis beneficial but not required.
