The Associate Professional Services Consultant supports the implementation and configuration of product solutions and custom work for customers. This role focuses on engaging with customers to manage deliverables, consult on key features and functionality, and ensure successful outcomes are achieved on all projects. This position is remote for candidates residing outside of MN. For candidates based in MN, the position follows a hybrid schedule with three on-site days per week in our St. Louis Park, MN office. Responsibilities • Manage onboarding, platform configuration, and content projects for customers. • Interpret customer requirements into actionable tasks using internal systems and processes. • Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Support, Implementation) to ensure timely project execution. • Maintain accurate documentation, including scope notes, progress updates, and QA signoffs. • Engage directly with customers to resolve issues, gather input, and guide setup decisions, and escalate if warranted, consistently operating with a customer’s success mindset. • Support internal initiatives related to process improvements and team efficiency. • Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and adherence to scope/timelines. • Contribute to team playbooks and knowledge articles, documenting implementation steps, FAQs, and lessons learned for internal reuse. • Capture recurring customer questions and configuration pain-points, relay structured feedback to Product and senior PS consultants for roadmap consideration. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, support, or project coordination. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to translate business goals into structured implementation tasks. • Familiarity with web applications, basic project management tools, and content systems. • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Benefits • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible for variable pay based on company performance and other factors. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
