One of our projects involves beautifying New York City by keeping it free of debris and we are in need of New Yorkers who are interested in getting paid to do the same.<br><br><strong><strong>Hours:</strong></strong> Part-time (20 hours each week)<br><br><strong><strong>Work days:</strong></strong> Monday - Friday<br><br><strong><strong>Day-time Shift</strong></strong>: Shift 7:00 AM <em><em>sharp</em></em> to 11:00 AM<br><br><strong><strong>Job Site Locations:</strong></strong> Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Harlem & Midtown<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Clean sidewalks and common areas as required</li><li>Sweeping sidewalks and common areas</li><li>Pick up liter on sidewalks and common areas</li><li>Snow removal as required</li><li>Empty trash bins and replace bags</li><li>Mandatory Snow Removal and possible overtime</li><li>Additional tasks as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the job</li><li>Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services.</li><li>Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet)</li><li>Ability to work outdoors from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM.</li><li>Must be age 18 or over</li><li>Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality</li><li>Must be able to flexible in the location assigned each week<br><br></li></ul><strong>Accommodation<br><br></strong>Candidates for the position should be able to perform essential job duties in described work environment with or without accommodation.
