As a People Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day People Operations and Employee Experience during this temporary engagement. You’ll focus on the operational side of the function, managing employee lifecycle processes, documentation, compliance, vendor coordination and key operational areas, while also supporting culture initiatives, events and team engagement activities.

What you’ll do

• Manage key employee lifecycle processes from on-boarding through off-boarding, ensuring smooth transitions and positive experiences.

• Manage and maintain all employee records and documentation (such as contracts, leaves, certificates, and settlements) while providing ocasional backup support for payroll processes.

• Support various operational projects in the People area, including legal and labor compliance matters.

• Manage visa applications and relocation processes for international employees.

• Oversee key operational areas including workplace health and safety compliance (PRL), employee expenses, training programs, business travel, and budgets.

• Coordinate communication with vendors and providers.

• Support and coordinate company-wide activities, events, and off-site trips.

• Foster a positive company culture through meaningful experiences and initiatives, working alongside the P&C team.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR administration or similar roles

• Solid understanding of legal and labor compliance as well as payroll processes

• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation

• Experience managing vendors and coordinating external providers

• Ability to handle multiple operational areas with strong attention to detail

• Proactive, organized and solutions-oriented mindset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

English is a must: We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication, especially in asynchronous and long-form formats, is key to collaborating successfully.
