Senior AWS Consultant

Job Description: • Lead Discovery & Requirements: Lead requirements gathering sessions and drive conversations to understand client needs, breaking them down into small, manageable pieces. • Agile Execution: Create detailed user stories and manage functional specifications to guide the development process. • Client Engagement & Demos: Assist in preparing discovery workshops and conduct comprehensive product demos for clients following the initial bootcamp/enablement period. • Solution Design: Utilize white-boarding and consultative techniques to map out business and technical landscapes. • Platform Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of Telephony Systems and specifically AWS and the Amazon Connect platform to provide tailored, expert solutions. • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met and the vision is executed correctly. Requirements: • Experience: 3-10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination. • Domain Expertise: Required experience working with Contact Center platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, or Avaya. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields. • Consultative Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead high-level conversations and "white-board" solutions live with clients. • Technical Aptitude: Interest in learning cloud platforms and technical solution design, specifically AWS and Amazon Connect. • Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus.
