ICF Certified Career Coach
A company is looking for an ICF Certified Career Coach based in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to members via video consults and asynchronous messaging on professional development, parental leave, and return to work
• Support members with career transitions including job loss/furlough
• Collaborate with the Care Advocate team to ensure member needs are met and provide culturally humble care
Required Qualifications
• Must reside in Canada
• French Canadian fluency strongly preferred
• ICF Certification required
• Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week
• Experience providing empathetic, culturally humble care
