Active Directory Administrator - Contract

Requisition Number: 71641 Position Overview As an Active Directory Administrator, you will serve as the main point of contact for end user support requests surrounding Active Directory. Responsibilities include: • Fulfill security administration requests (user adds, moves, changes and deletions) that control access to TTX's services including, but not limited to: Windows servers and services, TTX proprietary applications, COTS security software (e.g., privileged identity management systems, two-factor authentication systems), and external SaaS services. • Fulfill access requests while assuring proper approvals are received from appropriate business and/or IT managers. • Coordinate efforts with internal and external service providers to complete security administration tasks. • Monitor and summarize security logs, reports, and alerts for awareness of potential security incidents, administration exceptions and/or errors. • Establish effective professional working relationships with other team members, management, and all levels of staff. • Prioritize competing requests and be able to effectively juggle multiple simultaneous efforts. • Respond quickly and in a controlled manner to emergencies. • Confer with manager regarding status to assure appropriate and accurate attention to assignments. • Other tasks as requested. Required Qualifications: • Microsoft MCSA: Windows Server 2012. • MINIMUM: Passed exam 70-410, or equivalent experience. REQUIRES: Solid knowledge of and experience with Active Directory security administration and Windows services administration. Essential skills include: • AD administration (users, groups, OUs, GPOs) • NTFS permissions management • Share permissions management • Windows systems and common tools under Win 7, Win 10, WinServer 2008 - 2016 • RDP management • DFS management. REQUIRES: Ability to follow runbooks and processes describing administration of proprietary and COTS systems. REQUIRES: High productivity level to effectively manage information in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel). Extra skills / experience that may help success: • Knowledge of and experience in user administration within the following systems: CyberArk, Duo 2FA, Microsoft Azure AD, MS Office 365, Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, other SaaS services. • Linux system administration, scripting languages for process automation (e.g., PowerShell, Windows batch language, bash shell).
