A cybersecurity solutions provider is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as a subject matter expert in Zero Trust Architecture and cyber-physical systems. This remote role focuses on high customer satisfaction through effective implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including training and support for clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in network security and strong communication skills to liaise with federal projects.
Base salary ranges from $130,000–$150,000 with competitive benefits.
