Global Medical Affairs Omnichannel Education Lead Location: Indianapolis, IN (or Remote) Duration: 12 months (starting October 20th, 2025) Experience: 5–7 years required About the Role We are seeking a Global Medical Affairs Omnichannel Education Lead to drive the strategic planning, design, and execution of evidence-based, innovative educational solutions for healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role ensures that HCPs receive the right content, through the right channels, at the right time. The position will work cross-functionally and globally to align education strategies with therapeutic area priorities while leveraging cutting-edge omnichannel and digital learning platforms. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution • Lead the development and implementation of the Global Medical Omnichannel Education (MOE) plan. • Translate customer insights and therapeutic area priorities into impactful education strategies. • Use Next Best Action (NBA) and Next Best Engagement (NBE) tools to optimize education delivery. • Design and manage omnichannel initiatives aligned with adult education principles. Solution Design & Implementation • Develop 1–2 year education curricula aligned with global, regional, and local needs. • Create and deploy evidence-based CME and professional development programs. • Oversee project management, vendor partnerships, and compliance standards. External Collaboration & Faculty Engagement • Build and manage relationships with key thought leaders, medical societies, and education providers. • Collaborate on the co-creation of innovative educational initiatives. • Track and apply faculty insights to strengthen engagement strategies. Internal Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building • Partner with global, regional, and affiliate teams to align education strategies. • Act as a subject matter expert for omnichannel education. • Support affiliates and field medical teams in planning and execution. Performance Improvement & Measurement • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to advance educational design and execution. • Establish and execute measurement plans to track engagement, effectiveness, and impact. • Deliver outcomes reporting and leadership updates. Qualifications • Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred. • Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience may be considered. • 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry roles, with a strong background in medical affairs and medical education. • 3+ years of therapeutic area experience (Immunology, Dermatology, GI). • Demonstrated success in project management, omnichannel strategy, and budget oversight. • Experience with healthcare providers and payer landscapes. • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred. • Willingness to travel up to 25–30%. Preferred Skills • Adult education and instructional design experience. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Experience in customer-facing or medical education strategy roles.
