HR Assistant Manager - Brazil
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, HR (Country Lead) for Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Peru.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for internal teams, clients, and employees in the region
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, benefits coordination, and offboarding
• Provide expert guidance on local labor laws and ensure compliance across all jurisdictions
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with payroll experience as a plus
• Proven expertise in labor law and HR policies in at least two of the following countries: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, or Peru
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Experience in employee lifecycle management and HR documentation in multicultural settings
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
