About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong infrastructure background to join our engineering team. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure systems that support our products and services.
As a core member of our DevOps/SRE team, you will play a critical role in ensuring uptime, performance, and efficiency across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
CI/CD & Deployment
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve development workflows
Cloud Infrastructure
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) with focus on scalability, cost-efficiency, and reliability
Monitoring & Incident Response
• Monitor system performance and availability, responding to incidents and performing root cause analysis
• Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to incident response and post-mortem processes
Infrastructure Automation
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC technologies
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and services
Observability & Alerting
• Implement and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
Security & Best Practices
• Develop and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and operational excellence
Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and workflows (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Solid understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, and load balancers
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
• Certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, etc.)
• Experience with database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Background in software development with languages like Python, Go, or Bash
