What You'll Do
Create and edit 3-5 Reels per week for Instagram and Facebook
Film, edit, and add captions/text overlays
Stay on top of trending audio and formats
Manage posting schedule and engage with comments
Track performance and adjust content strategy
Requirements
Portfolio of Reels you've created (must include examples)
Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Understanding of what makes Reels go viral
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
