Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Insights Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through Initio Sphere’s certification, verification, and approval process. Once approved, Capital Insights Analysts: • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform • Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical engagements • Deliver data-driven insights to investors, fund managers, and operators • Support live transactions with rigorous financial and market analysis • Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score Certification tiers: Senior Capital Insights Analyst · Lead Capital Insights Analyst · Capital Insights Analyst / Associate Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges Senior Capital Insights Analyst • Rating Score: 90–100 • Pay: $150–$200/hour • Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, real assets, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of transaction, valuation, or investment analysis experience Lead Capital Insights Analyst • Rating Score: 80–89 • Pay: $100–$150/hour • Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in modeling, valuation, diligence, or investment research Capital Insights Analyst / Associate • Rating Score: 60–79 • Pay: $50–$100/hour • Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills and demonstrated analytical performance What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Capital Insights Analysts are engaged based on category-specific approvals, earned through assessment and performance—not tenure. Financial Modeling & Valuation • Build and review 3-statement financial models • Perform commercial real estate underwriting • Conduct DCF and LBO valuation analyses • Execute sensitivity and scenario analysis • Prepare comparable company and precedent transaction analyses • Develop football field valuation summaries Capital & Investment Insights • Analyze cash flows, capital efficiency, and return drivers • Identify key value creation levers and downside risks • Translate financial outputs into investor-ready insights • Support pricing, structuring, and investment positioning Due Diligence & Investment Support • Perform Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis • Conduct commercial, financial, and operational diligence • Assess transaction and execution risks • Support investment memos, IC materials, and investor presentations Analysts may only perform work in categories for which they are explicitly approved. How Analysts Start Earning • Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training • Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence, Capital Insights) • Become verified on the Initio Sphere platform • Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work No cold applications. No unpaid “experience.” Verified Capital Insights Analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following: • Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment • Completion of Initio Sphere Financial Training • Active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines: • Visibility and ranking on the platform • Approved work categories • Recommended hourly rates Scores are dynamically updated based on performance, quality, and client feedback. Compensation & Deal Terms • Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction • Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice Capital Insights Analysts do not: • Provide investment advice • Solicit or sell securities • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
