In this role, you’ll speak directly with customers, while helping them navigate service plans and getting them connected with the Verizon Fios products that best meet their needs. Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Service Representative:
• Interact with customers in face to face settings, navigating them through tailored Verizon service solutions.
• Educate customers on available Verizon Fios solutions and guide them through the sales process.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to recommend products that best meet their needs.
• Resolve service questions, account concerns, and product issues in a timely and friendly manner.
• Deliver accurate information on features, pricing, and service coverage.
• Maintain a positive, solutions-driven approach with every interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and deliver consistent service.
