We thrive off challenges, uncertainty, and insatiable curiosity, operating in a structure where every team member is hands-on and directly contributes to our mission.<br>We are seeking a project and relationship manager to lead multi-site partnerships across North America, encompassing charging deployments, charging hardware sales, and various programs. This role requires someone adept at building strong relationships, driving tool improvements, and managing a high volume of complex projects.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul><li>Lead several key portfolio relationships necessary for charging scale </li><li>Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with major market players, potential customers, and potential partners in support of the team's many initiatives </li><li>Apply first principles thinking to build and upkeep robust trackers and checklists, driving swift and efficient project execution</li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives to align organizational strategy; present results to leadership</li><li>Lead and aid in tool improvement discussions, increasing internal tool adoption</li><li>Resolve escalations and serve as the primary point of contact for complex issues</li><li>Collaborate with Design and Construction to accelerate and optimize site openings, and partner with Charging Legal, Operations, and Finance on daily tasks</li></ul> <br><br><b>Requirements</b><br> <ul><li>4+ years of experience building and managing high-performance sales pipelines, or equivalent experience </li><li>Former account or relationship management experience, with a proven commitment to driving customer experience and value for partners </li><li>Forward thinker with demonstrated ability to process-improve and mitigate risk</li><li>Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Intrinsically motivated to succeed and exceed goals, with a get-it-done mentality </li></ul> <br><br><b>Compensation and Benefits</b><br> Benefits<br><br>Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:<ul><li> Aetna PPO and HSA plans > 2 medical plan options with $0 payroll deduction</li> <li> Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits</li> <li> Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution</li> <li> Company Paid (Health Savings Account) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High Deductible Aetna medical plan with HSA</li> <li> Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)</li> <li> 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits</li> <li> Company paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance</li> <li> Employee Assistance Program</li> <li> Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions), and Paid Holidays</li> <li> Back-up childcare and parenting support resources</li> <li> Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance</li> <li> Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs</li> <li> Tesla Babies program</li> <li> Commuter benefits</li> <li> Employee discounts and perks program</li> <ul>Expected Compensation<br><br>$100,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits<br></br>Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
