Business Development Representative (BDR) – GTM & Outbound Role Overview This is not a traditional BDR role. You’ll operate as a modern GTM operator owning outbound motions, experimenting with AI-led prospecting, and working closely with founders, sales, and product to crack enterprise accounts. Your job: create pipeline, qualify hard, and move deals forward intelligently. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end outbound GTM for target accounts (Enterprise & Mid-Market) • Design and execute high-quality outbound across email, LinkedIn, calls, and video • Research accounts deeply - tech stack, org structure, AI maturity, buying signals • Use AI tools daily for: • Prospect research & personalisation • Writing high-intent outbound sequences • Call summaries, insights, and follow-ups • Run sharp qualification calls (pain, urgency, budget, ownership) • Book high-quality discovery calls and support deal progression • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Founders to refine ICP and messaging • Continuously experiment with new GTM motions, tools, and channels Who You Are • 2–4 years experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech outbound • Comfortable selling technical / AI / developer-adjacent products • Strong written & verbal communication — concise, confident, and curious • You think in systems, not scripts • Data-driven, but not robotic • Hungry to learn, iterate, and build — not “just follow a playbook” Tools You’ll Likely Use • CRM: Zoho • Sales tools: Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aurasell • AI tools: ChatGPT, Perplexity,Claude, custom internal AI workflows What Success Looks Like • Consistent, high-quality pipeline creation • Strong show-up rates and qualified meetings • Clear feedback loop into GTM and product • Ability to independently run outbound experiments Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
