Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to support organizational goals

• Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor progress and inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Product Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or product operations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex environment
• Experience with Aha! or equivalent product management tools
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
