Procure to Pay (PTP) IS Project Manager

We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on contractor to support the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) workstream within a large-scale SAP ERP transformation program.
Position Description (Principal Duties and Responsibilities)
• Supporting the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) workstream within a large ERP transformation program.
• Leading critical execution and coordination activities with strong project management discipline.
• Engaging end-users and providing on-site readiness support across Contract Manufacturer (CM) teams.
• Serving as a primary partner for tracking, coordinating, communicating, and managing readiness activities end to end.
• Proactively identifying gaps, leading without formal authority, and driving work to closure in a fast-paced environment.
• Partnering with Business Process Owners and IT to review, refine, and validate training materials and exercises.
• Ensuring training content is accurate, usable, and aligned with future processes.
• Supporting training readiness activities, including environment validation and material updates.
• Collaborating with Deployment Group leaders to confirm role mapping and validate training access and navigation.
• Troubleshooting and escalating issues related to training IDs, login, and navigation.
• Supporting training deployment by tracking readiness and re-reviewing materials with end users.
• Acting as on-site PTP lead during go-live and hyper care phases, providing hands-on user support and floor walking.
• Logging, tracking, and escalating defects and issues through established channels.
• Managing and tracking PTP deliverables, developing status reports, trackers, and dashboards aligned with milestones.
• Identifying risks early, supporting mitigation plans, and communicating effectively.
• Facilitating cross-functional coordination and providing logistical support for workshops, training, and site visits.
• Creating clear presentations and communications for leadership and end-user audiences.
• Supporting lessons learned activities and implementing process improvements.
• Assisting with onboarding of new end users and sites for future releases and projects, including global overview and readiness planning.
