Accountabilities • Develop culinary strategies to drive sales and meet customer needs. • Build strong partnerships with clients through personalized culinary consultation. • Facilitate training sessions for sales and culinary teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative solutions. • Manage culinary operations, including budget oversight and event representation. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent. • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive culinary experience, including 3+ years in a corporate chef role. • Strong experience in R&D and commercial product development in the food industry. • Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and culinary ideations. • Willingness to travel 70-75% for domestic engagements.
