Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A

Job Description: • Lead preparation, consolidation, and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for senior leadership • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making • Conduct financial analysis, trend review, variance explanations, and business performance insights across revenue, expenses, margins, and key operational drivers • Partner with Accounting to support the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial data • Support creation of Board-level reports, including narratives, visualizations, and scenario summaries • Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles • Build and enhance financial models to evaluate business performance, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives • Provide scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and ad-hoc financial modeling to assist leadership in business planning • Serve as the primary systems owner for the Planful platform • Manage user access, roles, security, and workflow configuration • Oversee model structures, metadata, hierarchies, and integration with ERP/HRIS/BI tools • Maintain and enhance system logic, templates, reports, dashboards, and forecasting structures • Troubleshoot data issues, coordinate with IT and Planful support, and implement best practices • Lead system upgrades, new module rollouts, and training for finance and business users Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required (MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus) • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or analytics group, with prior experience administering a performance management platform (ideally Planful) • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, modeling, and automation techniques (Power Query, PivotTables, Macros preferred) • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-ready presentations and data visualization • Experience with data tools such as Power BI and Tableau to build automated reporting and dashboards • Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan) Benefits: • nationwide coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance • additional Voluntary Benefits • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
