Senior Talent Consultant
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Consultant to manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing and developing a pool of qualified candidates for various positions
• Participating in talent acquisition efforts and creating pipelines of talent
• Onboarding new employees and mentoring team members in recruitment processes
Required Qualifications and Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or six years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Three years of recruitment experience, or nine years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Preferred experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft
• Preferred experience as a corporate recruiter
• Preferred HR experience in a healthcare organization
