Key Responsibilities
• Lead client-facing AI program governance and delivery assurance
• Establish PMO standards and oversee AI project lifecycles
• Manage and mentor team members while fostering a high-performing culture
Required Qualifications
• BS/BA in a technical or business field; MBA preferred
• 7-10+ years in program/project management; 3+ years managing AI/ML initiatives
• Proven experience in leading and coaching teams
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data governance
• PMP Certification required
