Job Title: Jobsite SpecialistJob Description The Jobsite Specialist plays a vital role in driving product awareness and sales by visiting jobsites and distributor locations within the New York City market. This role focuses on demonstrating products, supporting dealers and contractors, and strengthening customer relationships. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and skilled at building rapport in field environments. Responsibilities • Manage jobsite activity within the New York City area with regular visits to jobsites to demonstrate products to contractors. • Promote product solutions directly in the field. • Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers. • Train inside and outside sales personnel on products. • Ensure effective merchandising of dealer locations with posters, signs, POP materials, and tool displays. • Identify key sales personnel and focus sales efforts appropriately. • Encourage and attend distributor and sub-dealer open houses. • Support implementation of the RBU program. • Represent at regional and national trade shows as required. • Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries. • Utilize the CRM system daily to log activities and enter customer/market data. • Complete activity reports, expense reports, dealer visit summaries, and correspondence in a timely manner. • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including engineering, to test products in the field. • Implement company programs with accounts, such as 100 PSI, PowerLite, and Concrete. • Attend training to strengthen product and sales capabilities. Essential Skills • Customer service experience • Knowledge of construction, concrete, and site construction • Sales and outside sales experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is a plus • Prior experience with industrial or commercial jobsite visits is a plus • Sales-oriented mindset • Ability to engage effectively with customers and sales partners • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Work Environment The role requires living in Long Island, Boroughs, or NYC and having a car. Work from home on Mondays is required for scheduling onsite meetings and prospecting. 3-4 days will be spent on the road visiting jobsites in NYC, boroughs, Nassau County, and occasionally Suffolk. The position involves working with a high-performing Account Manager in the NYC area. A company car allowance, mileage reimbursement, company phone, and laptop are provided. All travel for trade shows and related expenses, including meals and hotels, are covered. Performance bonuses are offered bi-yearly based on meetings attended and business growth. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Plainview, NY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr. 90% of medical is paid for by the employer, with a co-pay plan 100% coverage for dental and vision plans 401k program with 4% match Front load all PTO & sick days Workplace Type This is a fully remote position.
