Technical Product Manager – Blockchain / Web3

Salary is 180k to 200k + bonus We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with deep skills in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologies. In this role, you will own the roadmap for our core services, driving the strategy, architecture, and execution of products that power our decentralized ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate complex technical requirements into impactful products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong developer background, who can bridge technical execution and product strategy, and who thrives in fast-moving, cutting-edge technology environments. Responsibilities • Define and own the product roadmap for core blockchain/Web3 services, aligning with company strategy. • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. • Translate complex technical challenges into clear product requirements and actionable user stories. • Act as a technical thought leader across the organization on blockchain, smart contracts, decentralized infrastructure, and related technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Operations, Business) to drive product delivery from concept to launch. • Monitor industry trends in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 to inform strategy and identify opportunities. • Mentor and guide other product managers and engineers, promoting technical excellence and best practices. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role. • Hands-on developer experience, with ability to understand and review code and system architecture. • Deep expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrency, smart contracts, and Web3 technologies. • Experience defining and executing a product roadmap for core services or platforms. • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Passion for emerging technologies and building decentralized systems. Preferred • Experience with Ethereum, Solana, or other major blockchain ecosystems. • Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, or other crypto applications. • Background in leading distributed teams or mentoring junior product managers.
