Business Analyst, Finance & Billing

Job Description: • Serve as a critical bridge between Finance and Technology • Translate business strategy into system-enabled solutions that improve financial operations, billing accuracy, and reporting • Partner closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional leaders to define requirements • Optimize processes and ensure technology platforms effectively support financial operations • Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle • Develop and maintain business requirements documents and functional specifications • Ensure alignment between Finance business needs and enterprise platforms • Identify process gaps and recommend automation, system enhancements, and workflow improvements • Partner with Product Owners and Platform teams to translate requirements into user stories • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required • 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a technology-enabled business environment • 5–10 years of experience supporting financial systems, billing platforms, or enterprise technology implementations • Experience leading business requirements, functional specifications, testing cycles, and release readiness across multiple systems • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Benefits: • Competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Employee assistance program • 401K plan with company match • Paid time off Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
