• *Higher Ground Entertainment** is a boutique, luxury DJ & event company producing high-end weddings, mitzvahs, corporate events, and private celebrations across the Pacific Northwest. The owner also operates an active **real estate investment business**. We’re seeking a sharp, detail-driven **Virtual Assistant** to support both ventures by running systems, protecting focus, and driving execution.
This begins as a **part-time, remote role** with a clear opportunity to grow into a **long-term and expanded role** for the right person.

### **Core Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for **executing and maintaining systems**, not just checking tasks off a list.

### **Event Company Operations (Primary Focus)**
• *Operations & SOP Execution**
• Implement and maintain SOPs across:
• Recruiting & candidate tracking
• New client onboarding & post-event debriefs
• New hire onboarding & training workflows
• Event prep, timelines, and project management
• Ensure processes are followed consistently and improved when gaps are found
• *Recruiting & Team Support**
• Post job listings and manage applicant pipelines
• Pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Track hiring progress and follow-ups
• *Client & Event Support**
• Assist with event prep tasks, timelines, and documentation
• Coordinate post-event follow-ups with photographers/videographers
• Track testimonials, reviews, and client feedback
• *Admin, Sales & Reporting**
• Inbox and calendar management
• Sales reporting and light CRM updates
• File organization and documentation upkeep
• *Marketing & Social (Support Role)**
• Assist with social media scheduling and management
• Basic editing skills (video or image) are a **bonus**, not required

### **Real Estate Operations (Secondary Focus)**
• Market and sub-market research
• Vendor acquisition and coordination (agents, lenders, contractors, PMs)
• Time tracking and documentation for compliance and reporting
• Deal analysis support (data gathering, assumptions, basic modeling support)
