[Remote] Dental Practice Sell-Side Advisor

This role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to build trust with dental practice owners during significant transactions. Responsibilities • Manage a high‑volume pipeline of dental practice transitions and consistently convert leads into signed contracts • Perform dental‑specific valuations using U.S. metrics, EBITDA normalization, and clinical performance indicators such as active patient count and case acceptance • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and private equity groups to secure “First‑Look” status and accelerate deal flow • Advise clients on complex M&A structures including holdbacks, earn‑outs, equity rolls, and partnership alignment • Ensure complete accuracy in P&L statements, tax returns, and clinical data prior to presenting opportunities to senior stakeholders • Originate and close opportunities across multiple segments including General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and additional specialty areas • Work seamlessly within a multi‑time‑zone team environment while maintaining ownership of your daily workflow • Guide practitioners through highly personal and financially significant transitions, serving as a credible and reliable expert Skills • 5+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, equity sales, or related fields • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related discipline • Strong understanding of U.S. dental M&A structures and negotiation frameworks • Deep familiarity with DSO 'Buy-Box' criteria (e.g., Heartland, Aspen, Pacific Dental) • Ability to analyze clinical and operational benchmarks (payroll ratios, lab fees, provider mix, etc.) • Strong CRM proficiency and digital tool discipline • Highly Organized: Skilled at managing complex, multi-million-dollar pipelines with precision • Detail-Oriented: Committed to accuracy in financial analysis and deal structuring • Strong Communicator: Able to speak confidently using U.S. dental industry terminology and build instant credibility with practitioners • Relentless & Results-Driven: Motivated to push deals forward and maintain strong momentum • Background in dental practice brokerage or dental industry experience is a significant plus Company Overview • SR Staffing is a recruiting firm that offers staffing and consulting services.
