We're looking for an experienced B2B sales representative to join us during a high-growth phase. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Compensation Structure Year 1 Realistic Earnings: $170,000 - $220,000+ | 100% commission, no cap • $5,000 per closed deal (self-generated) | $2,000 per closed deal (3rd party leads) • $500 per additional module sold • Monthly volume bonuses: $1,000 - $3,500 Example Month 4+: • Close 4 deals = $20,000 • Sell 6 modules = $3,000 • Monthly bonus = $1,500 • Monthly total: $24,500 Earnings trajectory: • Months 1-2, ramp-up - ~$11K/mo • Months 3-4 - ~$20.5K/mo • Month 5+ - ~$23.5K+/mo (steady state at 4+ clients/month) What You Get • Direct path to VP of Sales as we scale - you're joining early, not as employee #500 • Structured 14-day onboarding: admin & tool setup → deep product & sales training → mock calls, demo practice & certification quiz → first pipeline building with coaching • Complete tech stack, sales scripts, case studies, ROI calculator, and objection handling frameworks provided • Proven product with paying customers and documented 20-40% inventory cost reductions • Direct access to the CEO, weekly pipeline reviews, and ongoing coaching • Flexible schedule and full autonomy What You'll Do (100% Sales) • Generate your own leads (cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) - we provide tools and training, you bring the hustle • Run discovery calls and product demos (proven structure) • Close deals and hand off to customer success • Manage full pipeline What We're Looking For • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals $20K+ • Proven ability to self-generate leads (cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, others) • Experience with commission-only or heavily commission-based comp structures • Comfortable working independently without daily oversight • Located in the United States (any timezone) Performance Expectations • Month 1: 0-1 closes (training phase) | Month 2: 1-2 | Month 3: 2 | Month 4: 3 | Month 5+: 4+ consistently • Weekly activity: 6-8 self-generated qualified meetings • Target sales cycle: 15-20 days from first contact to signed contract Don't Apply If: • You need a base salary • You've never closed a B2B deal over $15K • You prefer inbound leads only • You need constant management and direction • You're exploring options - we need commitment This is a 1099 contractor role for salespeople who want to build something meaningful while earning what they're worth.
