Attends meetings with vendors as led out by Revenue Cycle Leadership during performance reviews, monthly status calls, project meetings as needed. Works with Revenue Cycle vendors to ensure standardization and optimization of vendor scope, management processes, and fees across both Acute and Physician Operations, maintaining a well organized, up to date repository. Supports Operational leaders in holding Revenue Cycle vendors accountable for pre-established SLAs, escalating and remediating issues where SLAs are not consistently met Collaborates with Analytics team to design/ update relevant dashboards as it relates to measurement and reporting of vendor performance (vendor tracking, scorecards, and performance management). Other duties as assigned. Reviews, tests and analyzes vendor files/data/reports to identify trends or issues, relays findings and recommended action plan with the Manager of Vendor Management Serves as a point of contact for Revenue Cycle during new vendor onboarding, connecting vendors with stakeholders as needed. Collaborates with Automation team to support the exploration of new automation vendor opportunities, supports established automation vendors. Maintenance of the Repository and Master list of Revenue Cycle vendors, including vendor type, operational owner, job codes, training requirements, access needed and technical set up Monitors ongoing operational issues with vendors and coordinates IT team to ensure timely and accurate resolution; conducts follow ups on any outstanding issues Communicates to vendors appropriate updates and messaging including System Upgrades, Downtime and Revenue Cycle related information. Processes New Vendor User Access: NES Entry, Job Code Assignment, ARF Request, Regional Notification for Third Party Access, Epic Training Assignment and coordination with vendor for training preparedness, ongoing attestation, communicating with Operational Owners status updates Onboards new vendor agency: Communicate with IT Security for Access Agreements, Initiate Legal review when needed (Offshore), Initiate C2C process with IT, new Job Code Creation, providing communication and status updates to vendor contacts and Operational OwnersKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills [Required] • Ability to effectively create, search for, collect, analyze, interpret and act on data visualizations and analytics, especially with regard to trends in vendor performance and tracking [Required] • Ability to collaborate and form strong relationships [Required] • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) [Required] • Broad understanding and experience within hospital and physician operations in an integrated health system [Preferred] • Intermediate knowledge of the Revenue Cycle industry and the products and services provided by technology vendors [Preferred] • Strong Business Acumen across multiple practices, including IT management, Vendor Management, Financial Management, Contracts Management and/or Operational Risk Management [Preferred] • Familiarity with relevant regulatory and industry requirements as it relates to Revenue Cycle vendors [Preferred] • Working knowledge of managing IT vendors or projects [Preferred] Education: • Bachelor's [Required] Field of Study: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field OR four (4) years related experience Required Work Experience: • 4+ related experience [preferred] Additional Information: HFMA Certification such as Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), and/or Certified Specialist Business Intelligence (CSBI) Licenses and Certifications: • N/A Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements) Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/23km2677 Pay Range: $54,680.66 - $101,717.57 This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
