job summary: Are you a design expert with a passion for the future of AI? We are looking for a Visual Content Curator to join a team at the forefront of AI evolution. In this role, you will evaluate the aesthetic quality and craftsmanship of AI-generated PowerPoint presentations. You will act as the human "quality bar," judging how well the AI model interprets prompts and providing the feedback necessary to refine and improve the next generation of creative tools. location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $20.46 - 30.46 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: • Assess AI-produced slide decks for design quality, layout, and visual consistency. • Compare model outputs against specific prompts to ensure relevance and creative execution. • Identify and document nuanced issues in AI performance to help guide developers and designers. • Apply consistent design standards across high-volume evaluation runs. • Collaborate with product teams to refine the rubrics used to measure AI success. • Evaluate AI presentation outputs based on detailed criteria regarding design styles, imagery, and layout. • Judge the accuracy of model output relative to user prompts, assessing both content relevance and visual execution. • Apply consistent interpretive standards across evaluations to identify nuanced issues in model output. • Proactively flag system issues and document findings for cross-functional product and design teams. • Refine evaluation criteria to support the continuous improvement of AI-generated visual content. qualifications: Visual Content/Design Curation: 3+ years of experience in design assessment or creative quality assurance. PowerPoint Expertise: Professional-level proficiency in slide design best practices and visual quality. Design Principles: Deep understanding of layout, color palettes, fonts, and iconography. Analytical Evaluation: Ability to provide precise, objective judgments using a structured rubric or assessment environment. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working specifically with AI-generated visual content. Exposure to structured assessment environments or experimental creative spaces. Candidate Traits Keen eye for aesthetic quality and craftsmanship. Strong written and verbal communicator capable of sharing progress with cross-functional teams. Adaptable to rapidly changing project parameters and evolving guidelines.
